The 1K dusk photograph supplies the evening background and environment light.
Only the linen normal and roughness photographs are used; the established
RIWAQ textile colours are retained. Original model files remain untouched.

They are a design-review candidate, not certified built or engineering work.

Adaptation: metre-scale glTF conversion, child-rig retargeting, in-place root
motion, reduced web textures and preserved separate child body proportions.
Characters are stock 3D assets, not representations of actual RIWAQ residents.

Arrival signage uses the preserved custom RIWAQ vector wordmark, including its
open Q, applied as bronze linework. No substitute typeface or new logo was used.
The connected arrival court, basin, jets, paving and gate are original concept
geometry informed by the preserved RIWAQ draft, not built property or an
approved civil, landscape, hydraulic or structural specification.

Adaptation: placement and rotation at native size in Villa 05. Fabric recoloured
to warm neutral upholstery, with reduced normal relief, adjusted roughness,
sheen, specular response and ambient occlusion. Embedded studio light removed.
Earlier community experiments used uniform size normalization.

Island Tree adaptation: geometry reduced to approximately 50 percent using
meshoptimizer, Meshopt-compressed, with original 1K textures retained.
The additional distant community-tree LOD has 104,240 triangles and preserves
the same original materials and texture bytes. It switches in beyond 15 m;
the reported maximum geometric error is 8.22 mm at the source's native scale.
The tree is presented as ornamental planting, not as a botanically exact olive.

Architecture, experience UI and RIWAQ fictional brand concept: Digital Alta.
Original Villa 05 beds (including the R3 sewn pillow and draped-duvet geometry),
bathroom fixtures, kitchen/laundry appliances, straight
living sofa, upholstered lounge chairs, dining collection and vanity countertop
accessories were purpose-authored
for this concept. They are not branded manufacturer products. Retained reference
imagery is concept imagery, not a real-time capture. No real property offer.

Countertop towels, stone tray, cup and soap dispenser use original geometry.
The web renderer uses tinted thin-glass transparency for the small amber bottle;
the source GLB retains its volumetric glass material. No manufacturer branding.

Bathroom hardware and draped towels, bedside accessories, laundry linen,
acoustic wall panels, pool chaise longues and side table are original Digital Alta
geometry created for RIWAQ. These are concept furnishings, not manufacturer
products. Physics, plumbing, structural compliance and product certification are
not implied by visual geometry or the design-review tests.

The native 2.50 m family-lounge sofa, its mesh-fitted textile throw, teak outdoor
seating/dining collection and lined shower niches are also original RIWAQ concept
geometry. Upholstery is authored geometry, not a cloth-physics simulation.

Adaptation: b/c/d variants simplified to 59,562 total triangles with meshoptimizer,
Meshopt compression and original 1K textures. RGB foliage uses opaque depth-write
materials; polygon geometry defines leaf edges. Near-native individual scales.
This is ornamental dry-climate screening imagery, not a UAE-native plant list or
a horticultural specification. Fine twig detail is reduced in this browser LOD.

The operable R2 oven, R1 concealed dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer interiors,
drawer trays, cutlery, spice baskets and sink service fittings are original,
unbranded RIWAQ concept geometry. Appliance doors reveal modeled interiors.
No heating, refrigeration, wash-cycle or real plumbing simulation is implied.
Mechanical clearances are visual model QA, not manufacturer specifications.

Villa 04 Garden Gallery is an original Digital Alta architectural concept.
Its fitted joinery, glass balustrade, private-pool terrace, interior wall linings,
bedside furniture, reading fixtures, curtains, rugs, relief art and surface-fitted
textiles are original procedural geometry, using the shared materials credited
above. Existing native RIWAQ furniture is reused at its authored dimensions.
The concierge pavilion and its furnishing are also original concept work.
These are interactive review models, not approved construction documents,
engineered pool systems, safety certifications or branded developer properties.

This is a visual material study, not a certified athletic-surface specification.

8 September QA/QC continuation: leaf-padding-r1 contains non-AI colour-padding
repairs derived from the existing Poly Haven Searsia Lucida and Island Tree 02
leaf photographs. Original GLBs, geometry, UVs and source files are unchanged.
Only near-black background connected to an atlas edge is eligible for extension
from neighbouring original colours. Enclosed dark markings are preserved.
The adjacent verification.json records the exact source hashes and pixel counts.
Stone panel courses, bevels, sills, coping, sloped trays and connected door
hardware are original Digital Alta detail geometry. Water uses one cached
screen-space colour/depth capture for refraction, with a thin-pane approximation
for architectural glass. These are real-time rendering techniques, not a claim
of ray tracing, fluid simulation or construction certification.
